Junhe Oak Barrels, established in 1997, is situated in Longkou City, Shandong Province. Our raw material and board factories are located in Changbai Mountain, Northeast China. As China's first benchmark enterprise, Junhe specializes in high-quality oak barrels, flavored oak barrels, and oak derivatives.

Vision & Innovation
Junhe was founded based on the visionary insight of Zhang Hongliang into the domestic liquor market. In the late 1990s, when Grand Dragon Wine was established, domestic oak barrels were predominantly imported from overseas, significantly hindering the industry's progress.
In response to this challenge, Zhang Hongliang took a market-oriented approach and established Junhe with a focus on providing local oak-related products and oak barrels.

Multidimensional Toasting
Data-driven toasting with real-time temperature monitoring. Direct flame along stave curvature ensures consistent toasting temperature and flavor profiles.
Controlled Carbonization
CO2-controlled char layer development allows gradual deepening without flaking, enabling multiple cycles of shaving and toasting.
Multiple Uses Design
Each cut board reaches 50mm with final barrel body thickness of 40-45mm, allowing for multiple reuse cycles and significantly reducing costs.
